Thank you Thank you Thank you Sadia for this brilliant module 2, curated with so much heart and such attention to detail for each step at the same time simplifying it to the basics and making everything come together at the end so beautifully. You are giving people their power back which either they have lost or do not even know that they have in the first place. A great service is what it is that you are achieving by offering this knowledge and techniques. For me it has been so much peace and calm like coming home. I always yearned for it but did not know how to reach there. Have never been so comfortable in my skin as I am now like literally. Thank you again to you Sadia and the whole Inner space team for this. Also everyone who were a part of this. Much Love and Gratitude.

"I attended 8 week mindfulness course, led by Sadia, who is an insightful and excellent teacher. The course was well designed to help us start our journey towards knowing ourselves better, and definitely helped us staying and dealing with our emotions in a constructive way. Mindfulness brings awareness and staying in the present is one of my biggest takeaways from the course. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to know themselves better and want to know how to deal with emotions."

It was everything that I had hoped for: intimate group, vulnerable sharing, insightful discussions, and the space to contradict or feel differently and still be respected and accepted. Sadia conducted an excellent session; her stage presence and facilitation skills are great! Look forward to more such sessions and also their 8 week mindfulness course in 2023."

I personally have been shaped by Sadia di’s wisdom, compassion and love. I have struggled a LOT with mental health issues over the years. Sadia di has been strict when needed and gentle otherwise. She did not only help me heal in therapy but also equipped me with tools to work through difficult emotions in everyday life through her mindfulness sessions.

  3. My 7 yrs old daugher is an active girl but her crying tantrum is just not controlable. Tried all sort of strategies like convincing, ignoring, count down, keeping in the bathroom till she stops crying but yet she has not reduced this habit. Today for silly reason she cried, so I got frustrated and hit one to stop, then to control her cry I said ‘sorry’ but since she didnt stop I asked frustratingly asked her to go away from my sight. She inturn hid herself into the bathroom, when we realised after long time she was not ready to come out. Dad then started count down and she opened the door he hit her 2-3 as she was very late for the school.
How do we handle her ?

  5. For the past few years, I have had a serious problem with excessive daydreaming to the point where my life has taken a turn for the worse. On an average,I spend around 7-8 hours daydreaming per day.I did read the article on excessive daydreaming by one of your psychologists but it would be really helpful if you could suggest a few more ways to deal with this problem effectively.

  6. Hi Sadia,

I really like the concept of Inner Space. Its something really good which you have got going here.

Since early years in my life i have been really fascinated with a human mind – i was curious to know why people did the things they did. What made them react in a particular manner, what were the factors which made them react in that manner. It just fascinated me.

In time i started pondering what can i do to change a particular behavior for the good or the bad in others.

And as results with my friends i become an agony aunt or a person who gave them a new way at looking at things.

Now when i was in school i didn’t realize i had love for human behavior. So i pursued my studies in marketing did Bachelors in Management studies (BMS) and later on did a MBA in marketing.

And soon i was working with an Top Ad Agency, but recently the curiosity for the human brain has increased – and i have started considering going towards studying Psychology and take it professionally. But i am 30 now. i need some advice on how do i go about things – spending 3 years to earn a degree and thn PG it will be about 5 to 7 years for me to take it professionally.

I still need to support my family and i cant really think of leaving and pursuing this.

Can you advice what courses i can take (Part time degrees) are degrees better or diploma.

I event dont mind taking a years break and doing full time year course but not beyond that – post which i will have to go part time.

Any advice will be much appreciated.

    Rgds
    Bharat

  9. Hi Sadia!

I came across your website while searching for reputed institutes which provide masters in psychology. I really appreciate your work.

I have done my BE (Electronics) from University of Mumbai and MBA (Finance). Have also worked for 2 years in each field. However, I have taken a break to look after my child who is 3 years now.

I always found human psychology and behavior quite interesting. I wanted to know where i can do a distance learning or masters in mumbai.

    Thanks.
