Cancellation and Refund

At Inner Space we have a customer-centric straightforward appointment cancellation, refund and rebooking policy.

This document is in effect from 1st January, 2024 and remains in effect until further notified.


 

Cancellation

Cancellations can be made at-least 24  hours prior to your appointment with the Therapist/Counselor. 

You need to call us or message us on whatsapp at +919833985538  to cancel the appointment. Full money will be returned in your account within 6-7 business days.

We need a 24 hour time frame,  as the therapist/counselor’s availability is blocked for you once your appointment is confirmed. We need time to re-allocate a slot and find that at least 24 hours is required to make use of that slot for another client. 

We encourage you not to cancel sessions unless there is an emergency, as it leads to disruption in your therapy flow as well as a difficulty in managing the therapist/counsleor’s availability for others. 

Refund and Rebooking Policy

An unlikely case of therapist not being available at the time of appointment due to some personal emergency on part of the therapist,  you are entitled to rebook the same therapist for some other time later. If this option is not suitable for you, you can also get a complete refund.

In case of any clarification on our cancellation & refund policy, please call us at +91 9833985538 between  10 am to  6pm, Monday to Friday. Our policies are subject to change as we revise our policies from time to time and make sure that they are aligned with your definition of superior quality and friendly experience.
