About The Short Meditation Retreat on Accessing Strength
If we need to love, forgive or be compassionate to ourselves or others, we have to be in touch with our inner power. We cannot be feeling emotionally fragile or weak and expect to be able to give. This retreat will focus on accessing our inner strength and resources of inner power, and all the while deepening our meditation by sitting strong.
