About The Meditation and Yoga Retreat

This is an in-person, 3 hour contemplation and meditation retreat.

Silence is more than stillness—it is a hidden treasure that often goes unnoticed in the busyness of life. Within silence lies wisdom, rest, and clarity, waiting to be uncovered.

This half-day retreat is an invitation to pause and explore that treasure. Through guided reflections and unhurried quiet, we will discover the depth and richness that silence holds for each of us personally.

We will eat lunch together after the practice is over

Focus of the Meditation Retreat

Together, we will reflect on questions such as:

1. Why do we so often avoid silence and doing nothing?

2. What keeps us from welcoming quiet into our lives?

3. What is the cost of avoiding silence?

4. What treasures might we be missing when we fill every moment with noise or distraction?

Through stillness, reflection, and gentle guidance, we’ll begin to uncover the wealth that silence has to offer.

Benefits of a Contemplation and Meditation Practice

1. A Rare Opportunity to Befriend Silence: It is a rare opportunity to really listen to the inner silent space and learn from it.

2. Reduced fear of silence and thoughts: You will learn to deal better with the thoughts and your mind’s tendencies.

3. Calm Mind and Nervous Sytem: A silence oriented meditation practice provides space for the nervous system to get a reset and for the mind to calm down

4. Reconnect with Self: A true opportunity to get aligned with your natural state and in touch with the inner space of  stillness.

5. Supportive Space: A space to freely practice as per your capacity with the gentle guidance of a facilitator and amidst a supportive community.
