Thank you Thank you Thank you Sadia for this brilliant module 2, curated with so much heart and such attention to detail for each step at the same time simplifying it to the basics and making everything come together at the end so beautifully. You are giving people their power back which either they have lost or do not even know that they have in the first place. A great service is what it is that you are achieving by offering this knowledge and techniques. For me it has been so much peace and calm like coming home. I always yearned for it but did not know how to reach there. Have never been so comfortable in my skin as I am now like literally. Thank you again to you Sadia and the whole Inner space team for this. Also everyone who were a part of this. Much Love and Gratitude.

"I attended 8 week mindfulness course, led by Sadia, who is an insightful and excellent teacher. The course was well designed to help us start our journey towards knowing ourselves better, and definitely helped us staying and dealing with our emotions in a constructive way. Mindfulness brings awareness and staying in the present is one of my biggest takeaways from the course. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to know themselves better and want to know how to deal with emotions."

"Absolutely loved the Self-Compassion Retreat conducted last month in person in Bombay. It was everything that I had hoped for: intimate group, vulnerable sharing, insightful discussions, and the space to contradict or feel differently and still be respected and accepted. Sadia conducted an excellent session; her stage presence and facilitation skills are great! Look forward to more such sessions and also their 8 week mindfulness course in 2023."

  4. Dear Sadia ,

This is some really great work that you are doing here. Leaves many inspired.

I was hoping to get some advice from you on pursuing a career in Psychology. I completed my Bachelors in mass Media from Mumbai University , where in I had only one paper in Psychology. I further went on to do a Masters in Public Relations ..Following which I worked in the PR industry for 2.5 years only to realize that I was more keen on being in the psychology industry. I now am hopeful of pursuing a MA in Psychology from Mumbai University and then a Phd..

If you could just throw some light on how important is it to hold a bachelors degree in psychology if one wishes to make a career as a psychologist and start ones own practice. What are the criteria to start ones own practice ?

Also if I enroll myself this year for their Masters Course , is there any kind of internship opportunity I could explore with your counselling center. Your enterprise really appeals to me and I would love to be a part of it and maximize my learnings as I make my enthusiastic entry into this field.

Would love to hear from you soon .

    Thanks !

  5. Hello Ms Sadia,

I would really like some help with a few things.
I just completed my Bachelors in Mass Media and have been very eager to swerve to the field of Psychology. I got accepted for a personal interview by Christ University, Bangalore for Msc.Clinical Psych but the dates clashed with my Board exams and they never rescheduled.
I have the option of Fergusson College,Pune, however they prefer students of a psychology background, I’ve heard and they have only 20 seats out of which a few are reserved for ST/SC and OBC. Even TISS requires a BA Background and I was wondering if I could take up a course from Mumbai University(If there is such a course for one year) wherein I would complete a diploma in Psychology to be at par with the BA students.

I’m wondering what other options I have.

Would really love to hear from you,
    Thankyou,
    Apphia.
