Learning early to watch the mind, cultivate a compassionate relationship with it, and know how to approach things from a stable, centered mindset rather than a frantic, stressed one makes a lot of difference in how one’s life progresses. Our mindfulness programs for children and teenagers are helpful in starting this journey.

PROGRAM 1: Children (Below 11 years)
- Build awareness of body, feelings, and thoughts (mind–body connection)
- Help children understand how thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected
- Introduce pause as a tool to manage big emotions
- Play-based and movement-oriented
- Use of reactions, show-and-tell, verbal sharing
- Guided grounding and breathing practices
- Storytelling and simple metaphors
- Short, varied activities to maintain attention
- Become more aware of their body and feelings
- Understand that thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected
- Begin using pause and simple calming tools
- Feel more confident expressing themselves

PROGRAM 2: Teens (12–16 years)
- Help teens differentiate awareness vs overthinking (attention training)
- Build understanding of thought–emotion–behaviour patterns
- Develop ability to pause and respond instead of reacting
- Reflective discussions (no forced sharing)
- Chat-based participation for safety
- Guided grounding and mindfulness practices
- Scenario-based learning
- Self-reflection exercises (private + optional sharing)
- Build awareness of where their attention goes
- Understand patterns between thoughts, emotions, and reactions
- Develop self-compassion and balanced self-talk
- Use pause to make more intentional choices
PROGRAM 1: Children (11 Years and Below)
Program Details: Starts 3rd May 2026 (4 Sundays)
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM (IST)

Duration: 45 mins every week
Objectives:
