"I've had the privilege of receiving therapy from Sadia (founder of Inner Space) for over five years, and the only words I can share are, simply, that I owe her my life."

Thank you Thank you Thank you Sadia for this brilliant module 2, curated with so much heart and such attention to detail for each step at the same time simplifying it to the basics and making everything come together at the end so beautifully. You are giving people their power back which either they have lost or do not even know that they have in the first place. A great service is what it is that you are achieving by offering this knowledge and techniques. For me it has been so much peace and calm like coming home. I always yearned for it but did not know how to reach there. Have never been so comfortable in my skin as I am now like literally. Thank you again to you Sadia and the whole Inner space team for this. Also everyone who were a part of this. Much Love and Gratitude.

"I attended 8 week mindfulness course, led by Sadia, who is an insightful and excellent teacher. The course was well designed to help us start our journey towards knowing ourselves better, and definitely helped us staying and dealing with our emotions in a constructive way. Mindfulness brings awareness and staying in the present is one of my biggest takeaways from the course. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to know themselves better and want to know how to deal with emotions."

The session is very well designed to start from scratch and progress at your own pace with help of live and recorded sessions. Sadia has a very deep understanding of various philosophies and has imbibed the best of her learnings in this course, which makes it immensely enriching along with being very practical. She has an extremely positive presence and a very calming demeanor which helps improve your energy level throughout the course. Loved every bit of it. Big thanks to the entire team.

"In our present times when stress and anxiety are rampant, the mindfulness course feels like an oasis in a desert. One is led through a series of simple regular practice into meditation and an increased awareness of one’s inner and outer world. Supporting this practice are excellent videos which step by step lead you towards a quiet centre of peace within. Sadia’s inspiring and compassionate presence is always there in the videos and especially in the weekly sessions shared by all with their queries and experiences."

"Absolutely loved the Self-Compassion Retreat conducted last month in person in Bombay. It was everything that I had hoped for: intimate group, vulnerable sharing, insightful discussions, and the space to contradict or feel differently and still be respected and accepted. Sadia conducted an excellent session; her stage presence and facilitation skills are great! Look forward to more such sessions and also their 8 week mindfulness course in 2023."

"I had struggled with anxiety and mental health issues for several months before I joined Sadia’s course. Her explanation on what is going on inside our head and body helped me to approach my condition from a brand new perspective. Throughout the 8 weeks, I learned to look at things from a new angle and also to accept things much easier. I highly recommend this course to anyone who’s going through a tough time in life and have difficulties processing the day to day stress / anxiety."

I personally have been shaped by Sadia di’s wisdom, compassion and love. I have struggled a LOT with mental health issues over the years. Sadia di has been strict when needed and gentle otherwise. She did not only help me heal in therapy but also equipped me with tools to work through difficult emotions in everyday life through her mindfulness sessions.

  4. Dear Dr. Sadia,

It was nice to see you and your team interacting individually with each person commenting on your blog. My name is Sehar and I work as a Techincal Manager in a MNC. I developed interest in counselling some time back and I also completed my one year diploma in guidance and counselling (distance learning with some workshops added on) from Jamia. I feel though elite have quite an access to counselling services in India, but there is a whole congregation of middle class and less economically privileged people in India who are in dire need of these services. I wanted to reach out to them and started a weekly counselling session in my neighbourhood (free of cost) where anybody can contact me. I felt, people are still not aware about what the counselling is or its benefits, but I was happy that I was able to help out a handful of them. I want to make a career out of this, where I can help average people with their problems. But as I am working, can you suggest me how to proceed in this direction. Are there part time options in Counselling as a career as currently I am employed and do not want to loose out on my job before anything concrete occurs in this field for me.

Your any kind of suggestions would be very helpful for me.

    Thanks,
    Sehar
