Therapeutic Philosophy
Many of our struggles arise not simply from what is happening in the present, but from deeper emotional patterns, unspoken longings, old wounds, and parts of ourselves that have been forgotten, silenced, or left unattended.
At different points in life, we may find ourselves feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lost, disconnected, or caught in the same painful patterns despite our best efforts to move forward. We may begin to question who we are, what we truly want, or whether the life we are living still feels meaningful to us. While these experiences can be deeply unsettling, they can also become invitations to pause, listen, and turn inward.
My therapeutic approach integrates Jungian psychology, psychoanalytic understanding, and existential philosophy. Together, we explore both immediate concerns and the deeper emotional narratives that shape your experience. I am particularly interested in helping individuals cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves, understand recurring patterns, and reconnect with the parts of their inner life that seek expression, healing, and growth.
I strive to create a space of depth, reflection, and genuine presence, one where you can bring your questions, uncertainties, vulnerabilities, and contradictions without fear of judgment, and feel supported in exploring them, making sense of them, and discovering your own way forward.
Therapy, for me, is not simply about reducing distress; it is about making room for greater self-understanding, meaning, authenticity, and a fuller engagement with life.
If this feels familiar — You don't have to carry it alone
You keep finding yourself in the same painful relationship patterns despite wanting things to change
You struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or constant self-doubt
You feel disconnected from yourself and unsure of what you truly want
You are navigating a significant life transition and feel lost or overwhelmed
You often replay conversations and conflicts long after they have ended
You sense there is something deeper beneath your distress and want to understand yourself more fully
Therapeutic Modalities
01
Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy
Exploring recurring emotional patterns, unconscious dynamics, and relational experiences that shape one's inner and outer life. This approach fosters deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and lasting psychological growth.
02
Existential Therapy
Working with questions of meaning, purpose, identity, freedom, uncertainty, and life's transitions. This approach supports individuals in navigating change, loss, difficult decisions, and the search for a more authentic way of living.
03
Psycho-Spiritual Exploration
Creating space for the exploration of inner growth, values, purpose, spirituality, and the deeper dimensions of human experience. This approach supports individuals seeking meaning, wholeness, and a deeper connection with themselves and life.
04
Dream Work, Active Imagination & Symbolic Exploration
Engaging with dreams, symbols, imagination, and creative reflection as pathways to deeper insight. Through dream work and active imagination, individuals can enter into a more conscious dialogue with their inner world, uncover hidden aspects of experience, and connect with deeper sources of meaning, creativity, and transformation.
05
Expressive Arts & Sandplay Therapy
Creative and non-verbal approaches can offer pathways to healing when words feel insufficient. Through expressive arts and sandplay, individuals are invited to explore emotions, experiences, and inner conflicts in symbolic form, fostering self-discovery, emotional integration, and psychological growth.
