Hi Parvathi,
My mother is 63 and we lost my Dad 3 years ago post which she has been having health issues like IBS, fatigue, vertigo etc on and off and I feel she may have not completely processed the death of my father mainly because it was very sudden (cardiac arrest). IF you are fluent in Malayalam, I wanted you to talk to my mother as I feel she will benefit from therapy, although she is in complete denial and feels she has no depression or anxiety. Please let me know if you can address this.
