Timings:

  • Morning 7:00 am to 8:15 am
  • Evening 7 pm to 8:15 pm

Class Fees:

  • 6 days a week INR 4500/- per month (Mon to Sat )
  • 3 Days a week -INR 3000/- per month ( Mon-wed-Fri or Tue-Thu-sat)

What We Offer:

We offer daily sessions that are a combination of each of these:

  • Gentle and Meditative Yoga: Learn yoga postures (asanas) that harmonize your body and
    mind. Our gentle approach ensures accessibility for all levels, focusing on mindful
    movements that restore balance and vitality.
  • Pranayama (Breathwork): Experience the power of controlled breathing techniques to
    reduce stress, increase energy, and cultivate inner calm.
  • Meditation for Daily Well-being: Build a consistent habit of meditation with our supportive
    group. Daily practice helps improve focus, emotional balance, and overall mental health.

Our philosophy has always been integrative and mind-body oriented. We believe the mind and body must operate in harmony in order for our life to be joyful, free and meaningful. Our yoga method therefore aims to develop mobility, strength and ease in the body, freeness and flow of breath and settled focus of the mind.
