With gentle guidance and unwavering support, she helps individuals explore both their struggles and strengths, honouring each person’s unique story, identity and personal life journey. Whether navigating pain, seeking growth, or simply needing a safe place to come and talk, Firdaus guides and empowers clients. She fosters self-awareness, resilience and sustainable changes while respecting client’s autonomy.
Firdaus is fluent in English, Hindi & Urdu.
Therapy Fees– INR 3050/– (inclusive of 18% GST) and USD 50–60 (for international clients).
Counselling and Therapy Experience
- 5 Years in the therapeutic space of supporting teenagers, young adults, adults, and couples through emotional challenges, life transitions, and relational healing.
- Trauma-informed Therapy – Prioritising psychological safety for recognising trauma, processing it, and working with attachment wounds.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – Helping individuals identify and reframe negative thought patterns affecting mood and behaviour.
- Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) – Challenging irrational beliefs and fostering emotional resilience.
- Mindfulness-based Interventions – Teaching grounding techniques, breath work and present-moment awareness to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
- Somatic Therapy – Incorporating body-based approaches to release stored trauma and regulate the nervous system.
- Couples Counselling – Supporting partners in improving communication, managing conflicts, and rebuilding trust.

Community Work
- Associated with Kranti , a non-profit, by conducting individual and group therapy to daughters of sex workers.
- Works with Happy Feet Home, a palliative care for children suffering from Thalassaemia and HIV, by providing them emotional support through different modalities of psychotherapy.
- Fertility advocate for the ones going through the arduous and silent journey of infertility and miscarriage.
Education & Training
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with (Child Development)
- Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from SNDT University, Mumbai.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the Xavier Institute of Counselling Psychology, Mumbai.
- Advanced training in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy from The Albert Ellis Institute, New York.
- Firdaus has also completed her training in Integral Somatic Psychotherapy (ISP), a modality that combines principles from somatic psychology, neuroscience, trauma therapy, and Eastern spiritual traditions to help individuals process and release unresolved trauma and stress stored in the body.
- Pre and Perinatal Trauma – an area that affects people during pregnancy, labour, delivery, and early life experiences.
- Universal Certification in Forensic Psychology & Criminal Profiling from International Forensic Sciences, Pune,
- Certification in Industrial Relations and Labour Laws from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.
