I see therapy as a transformational journey that has the potential to guide an individual discover the best versions of themselves. Through therapy, one works to drop the layers gathered to survive and embrace themselves authentically.
Therapy Approach: Trauma informed – Client centered – Strength Based approach. I work with concerns ranging from daily stressors to clinical presentations like depression, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.
