Therapeutic Philosophy
Dhanishta from depth psychological perspectives, specifically the Gestalt and Jungian approach. She uses parts-work, art-based techniques, mindfulness-based practices, dreamwork amongst other techniques within the context of client centered therapy. She believes that the therapeutic relationship itself is the foundation for healing and change, and prioritizes creating attuned and trusting connections with clients.

Therapy Fees: INR 3050/- (inclusive of 18% GST) or 50 USD to 70 USD ( for International clients)
Counselling and Therapy Experience
- Dhanishta works collaboratively with adolescents, adults, couples and Seniors.
- She facilitates their understanding of current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the context of their past experiences, explores patterns and unfinished business that may be hindering personal growth, all while fostering a greater connection to the present moment.

- Dhanishta is passionate about creative writing and has worked as a freelance writer for over 14 years. She continues to write about psychology and mental health.
Therapeutic Community Work
Worked at providing individual therapy to children, adolescents and young adults at NGOs such as Kranti and Happy Feet Foundation. The therapy herein integrates trauma-informed and culturally sensitive practices. Of special focus is relational depth and shared meaning-making that honor each client’s unique psychological landscape.
