Therapeutic Philosophy
Aniket is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore and heal from their unpleasant and disturbing experiences. His approach integrates client-centered, trauma informed, somatic, attachment based, cognitive and self-compassion; with an understanding of each person’s unique journey and abilities, walking a meaningful journey!
Aniket is fluent in English, Marathi and Hindi.
Therapy Fees: INR 3360/- (inclusive of 18% GST) or 55 USD to 70 USD ( for International clients)
Counseling and Therapy Experience
Aniket is working since 2022.
He works collaboratively with the early adults, middle aged adults to address their concerns in personal and relational spaces. He believes that all the problems lie in relations!
He helps in facilitating the individual to be aware of their emotional and relational patterns and address to bring in shift in the difficult and un-addressed emotions, disturbing thoughts and unhelpful behaviors.
He tries to integrate his learning of different therapeutic modalities, which includes working with trauma informed lens, Integral Somatic Psychology, Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning Experience, SFBT, RE-CBT, Logo therapy, Self-compassion and Choice Theory Reality Therapy. He likes to integrate elements of drama and drama therapy in his work.
Therapeutic Community Work
He is also associated with an NGO that works with children and adolescents where they conduct sessions for healthy emotional and psycho-social wellbeing. He is also trained in inclusive education and through the NGO he also visits school to help children and school to build an inclusive environment.

- Certification in Trauma Informed Care from TISS, Mumbai
- Certification in Family and Marriage Counselling from MKSSS Baya Karve, Pune
