We offer daily sessions that are a combination of each of these:
Gentle Yoga Asanas
We teach classical yoga postures (asanas) that harmonize and regulate your body and mind. Our gentle approach ensures accessibility for all levels, focusing on mindful movements that restore balance and vitality.
Pranayama (Breathwork)
We incroporate daily pranayama practice into the yoga sequence. Pranayama practice creates expansion of the energy and helps to regulate the organs of the body leading to release of stress, openness and lightness.
Guided Meditation
Our daily guided meditationpractice helps you get in touch with your inner silence and place of joy and peace. A daily meditation practice resets the nervous system and creates deep healing, mental health and wellbeing.

Saleel has trained in mindfulness for five years under Sadia Saeed and studied yoga at The Yoga Institute & New Edge Yoga Institute
He designs his sessions to create openness and freeness in the body and establish stability and steadiness in sitting meditative postures
